Bottle Gourd Jade Bottle

This bottle gourd is an early to mid-maturing type that is both hot and cold weather tolerant and disease resistant. It grows vigorously, with the first female flowers appearing on the main stem at the ninth node and on the side branches as early as the first node. It primarily fruits on the side branches, with tender green skin 21-25cm long and 14-16cm thick. Each fruit weighs around 0.5-1 kilogram. To promote early fruiting and increase yield, remove the main stem’s tip after the fifth or sixth leaf and regularly harvest young fruits.
