This bottle gourd is an early-maturing, cold-tolerant variety that grows in a vine-like manner, with many side branches. It has a strong female tendency to produce fruit on its side branches. The pear shaped fruit is about 27-30 centimeters long and 8-13 centimeters in diameter, with green skin and thick, white flesh. Each fruit weighs about 1.2-2 pounds. The flesh is dense, sweet, and refreshing, making it an excellent variety of bottle gourd. To promote early fruiting and increase yield, it is recommended to remove the main stem’s tip after the fifth or sixth leaf and regularly harvest young fruits.
