Seasonal Botanical Shrub Concentrates

Vibrant mixers. Fresh botanicals. Land+Local is a Northern California–based culinary studio rooted in hyper-seasonal sourcing and close partnerships with organic farmers and local purveyors across Sonoma and Marin counties. Led by chef and founder Kim LaVere, the brand draws on fresh harvests and wild-foraged ingredients to create products that reflect the rhythms of the region. These botanical shrubs blend fruit, herbs, and vinegar into concentrated mixers that balance tartness with layered botanical notes. Varieties shift with the seasons and may include combinations like citrus with herbs, berries with warming spices, or coastal-inspired blends with foraged elements. Each bottle holds 2 oz, an easy travel size that’s well suited for sampling, gifting, or mixing on the go. Dilute with sparkling water or use to add brightness to cocktails and spritz-style drinks.
