Botanical Study: Jacob's Ladder Print

Botanical Study, 'Jacob's Ladder' Flower Art Print and Gift by Ruth Chou Simons Featuring artwork from The Way of the Wildflower by Ruth Chou Simons, this Botanical Study of a Jacob's Ladder serves to remind us that we are God's creation and that He cares for us. "Jacob’s ladder is a creeping wildflower with leaves that resemble a ladder, hence the name; it’s a reference to the story in Genesis where Jacob dreams about a ladder from heaven. In John 1:51, Jesus likened himself to the ladder and said, “Truly, truly, I say to you, you will see heaven opened, and the angels of God ascending and descending on the Son of Man.”We all long for a perfect plan and a perfect path, but may this wildflower remind us that our perfect path—a ladder connecting us to heaven—is found in the person of Jesus Christ." - The Way of the Wildflower (pg. 81)   View all Wildflower products.
