Boston Spice Blend

Curio's Boston Spice Blend is their take on a classic poultry seasoning. Full of herbs and spices beloved throughout the Bay State's kitchens, this all-purpose seasoning is right at home in everything from stuffing and roasted chicken to baked lobster and clam chowder. In the early eighteenth century, Boston was a major hub for the American spice trade, with many spice companies getting their start here. Imagine the ships coming into Boston Harbor laden with aromatic spices from around the world! This blend honors that rich history with a savory, herb-forward profile, led by sage and rosemary, brightened with parsley and thyme, and rounded by the gentle, citrusy warmth of white pepper and grains of paradise. Salt-free and wonderfully versatile, it shines in chowders and clam bakes, sprinkled over potato salad, or as a rub for roasted poultry and Thanksgiving turkey.
