Bosch Rotary Hammer Core Bits SDS Plus SpeedCore Thin Wall Cutters (Tungsten Carbide Teeth Ejector Slot Concrete Brick Block Masonry Hole Boring)

Bore Large Diameter Conduit and Utility Passages Fast with Industrial Thin-Wall Carbide Tipped Drilling Bits Drastically reduce your layout setup times and drill clean pipe pathways through foundational barriers with the professional-grade Bosch SDS-Plus SpeedCore Thin-Wall Core Bit. Engineered specifically for commercial electrical rough-ins, plumbing contractors, HVAC installers, and structural builders, this high-performance cutting tool is tailored for drilling large utility clearance holes with smaller, lightweight rotary hammers. Standard thick-walled masonry bits absorb excessive impact energy, generate intense operational friction, and strain compact hammer tools to their limits. This premium thin-walled core bit configuration resolves that jobsite bottleneck by reducing the target cutting surface footprint. The minimized edge profile channels concentrated percussive impact force straight into the material, yielding blazing fast cutting speeds and clean circular penetrations without cracking fragile structural faces. Forged from structural alloy steel and armed with premium, high-grade tungsten carbide teeth, this industrial core cutter delivers exceptional wear life under abrasive composite stress. It bites cleanly into dense masonry brick, hard clay block, limestone paving, and lightweight aggregate backing. The innovative core layout incorporates a built-in cleanout ejector hole, giving operators a quick point of access to slide out trapped stone slugs and rock cores instantly. Designed to integrate smoothly with standard Bosch one-piece SDS-Plus pilot starter bits and modular shank extensions, this system keeps your drill trajectory perfectly straight over deep wall runs. Upgrade your utility trenching inventory with this master contractor-grade boring assembly to execute pristine mechanical passages shifts after shift. Key Features Premium Tungsten Carbide Teeth: Heavy-duty industrial-grade carbide tips maintain superior edge sharpness and daily operational lifespan across harsh masonry surfaces. Efficient Thin-Wall Profile: Reduced cross-section design requires less mechanical rotational torque and lower impact energy, making it optimal for compact rotary hammer drills. Integrated Core Ejector Hole: Built-in cleanout slot allows for effortless stone and brick core plug extraction to sustain rapid drilling cycles. SpeedCore System Compatibility: Couples seamlessly with standard Bosch SDS-Plus pilot bits and extended drive mandrels for straight, deep wall penetrations. Low-Fatigue Operation: Balanced geometric engineering reduces harmonic vibration feedback, shielding internal tool motors from premature mechanical stress. Clean Exit Performance: Precision-brazed tip alignments prevent edge blowout on fragile masonry substrates for flawless anchor and conduit sleeves. Once this entry groove is established, stop the rotary hammer, remove the pilot bit assembly from the core center, and resume boring. Clearing the pilot bit out early eliminates unnecessary tracking friction and allows the thin-walled barrel to guide itself smoothly, accelerating your drilling speed and extending tool life.
