Bosch Rexroth - RS232 diagnostics cable

Jaltest JDC540.9 - Bosch Rexroth RS232 Diagnostics Cable The Jaltest JDC540.9 is a genuine Cojali RS232 diagnostic cable for Bosch Rexroth hydraulic and electronic systems. Bosch Rexroth is one of the world's leading manufacturers of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic drive and control technology — their systems are found across heavy construction equipment, agricultural machinery, industrial machinery, cranes, marine equipment, and specialized vehicles. When Jaltest-supported equipment incorporates Bosch Rexroth controllers with RS232 diagnostic ports, this cable provides the connection from the Jaltest Link V9 to those systems. What This Cable Does The JDC540.9 establishes an RS232 serial communication link between the Jaltest Link and Bosch Rexroth electronic control systems that use an RS232 diagnostic interface. Bosch Rexroth hydraulic controllers, transmission controllers, and drive systems in supported equipment can be accessed through this cable for fault diagnostics, parameter monitoring, and calibration functions within the Jaltest software platform. Compatible system: Bosch Rexroth hydraulic and electronic control units with RS232 diagnostic interface Communication protocol: RS232 serial Typical applications: Heavy construction equipment, industrial machinery, agricultural equipment, and vehicles incorporating Bosch Rexroth transmission, hydraulic, and drive controllers Compatible Jaltest modules: Jaltest OHW and/or Jaltest AGV depending on the host equipment (active license required) The '.9' designation indicates Jaltest Link V9 compatibility Genuine Cojali product Listed in Jaltest 2025 Pricelist: Part number JDC540.9, MSRP 04.00 Who Needs This Cable Bosch Rexroth components are pervasive in heavy equipment — their hydrostatic transmissions, hydraulic pumps and motors, and proportional valves with electronic control are found in excavators, wheel loaders, telehandlers, agricultural tractors, and countless other machines. When those Bosch Rexroth controllers have an RS232 diagnostic port and the host machine is supported by Jaltest, the JDC540.9 provides the diagnostic connection. This is a specialty cable for technicians who regularly work at the component level — not just reading engine fault codes, but accessing the specific controllers that govern hydraulic drive systems, steering, and other Bosch Rexroth-controlled functions. Service centers specializing in hydraulic system repair, transmission rebuilders, and advanced OHW shops with sophisticated diagnostic capabilities are the primary buyers.
