Bells of Steel Training App

You bought the equipment. Now let's make sure it doesn't become an expensive coat rack. I'm Kaevon, founder of Bells of Steel — and I built this app for one simple reason: I kept seeing customers trying to shove their home gym into programs that weren't built for it. 'Yeah, I'm following this program — I'm just trying to shoehorn my home gym setup into it.' I hated that. If we're selling equipment, we should be teaching people how to use it — with training that actually matches what we sell. Then there was the second reason (and it hit home hard): I'm a parent and a busy professional. Most training falls into two buckets: (1) hardcore programs I used to do in my 20s when I had two hours a day — that's not real life anymore. (2) AI generators that sound advanced but ignore basic strength principles. My wife selected 'Maximum Strength' in a popular app. It responded with weeks starting with high-rep lunges — and at one point prescribed heavier bicep curls than bench press. That's nonsensical programming even a junior strength coach would never do. If strength is the goal, the structure should reflect that: heavy compounds first, logical progressions, rep ranges that make sense. Meanwhile, our customers are busy parents, comeback lifters, and professionals saying: 'I got a home gym because I don't have time to drive to the gym. I want something simple, effective, consistent — I can just trust a professional is looking out for me. I'm not trying to bench 300 again. I just want to feel strong, move better, and not get hurt.' That's what this app is built for. We built it on professional coaching software used by thousands of coaches worldwide — elite-level tracking, performance reports, and a massive demo library baked in. Not a flimsy checklist platform. If you want the simplest way to use your home gym and actually progress week to week? Welcome. I introduced her to strength training. Eventually it became her thing too. She went from learning the basics to competing in strength sports. Our gym is in our living room. Our kids grow up watching us train. They see consistency. They see discipline. They see mom and dad getting stronger together. That's why we offer a Couples plan. Because strength is better when it's shared. Two people. Two programs. One stronger household.
