Borrowed from Sierra Pale Ale

This classic American pale ale is clean and dry with a floral Cascade hop finish. This kit contains: 7 lbs. Light malt extract; crystal malt; Carapils malt; Perle and Cascade hops; Cascade hop plugs for dry hopping; and either Wyeast American Ale or White Labs California Ale liquid yeast. Or you can choose dry yeast below.   You can also choose wether or not we should crack the grains for you, or leave them intact for longer storage ( > 30 days).  We will make every attempt to satisfy your hop preference, however some substitutions may happen. For instance some European hops are only available in pellet form.
