Go ahead and add them to your self-care routine for regular maintenance, especially after sex, the last few days of your period, or anytime your having hormonal imbalances. HOW DOES IT WORK   Supports Odor Control Promotes Vaginal Balance Soothes Discomfort HOW TO USE DO NOT TAKE ORALLY. Insert vaginally at bedtime for 7-14 days (repeat if symptoms persist) to balance bacteria, yeast and pH. We also like to keep Boric Life around for all the imbalances in our life: using a suppository after sex (semen has a pH of 7.1-8), the last few days of our period (pH of 7.4), or anytime our pH is off. Y'all, discharge is totally normal over the course of the night (we wear a thin pad to protect our panties from any mess). Avoid sexual intercourse during treatment.
