Boothbay - House Plan

The Boothbay is a quaint New England inspired home plan filled with spaces for entertaining & socialization.  This plan pairs well with a detached garage and breezeway to the mud room.  The foyer includes space for a sizable drop zone which can be built to suit.  The den offers a secondary entertaining space that can work as a media room, office or guest bedroom.  The sunlit living and dining space offers a coffered 10ft ceiling, fireplace and sliding glass door to the rear deck or patio.  A screened porch offers a place to enjoy an outdoor fire.  The mud room offers a convenient side entry with tons of storage through built-in cabinets, cubbies and a laundry center.  The luxurious kitchen includes a sit-in island, beverage center and tilt-out bar window to the rear deck or patio. Upstairs, a bunk room provides flexibility in sleeping arrangements with capacity for 4 beds in addition to the 2 dedicated bedrooms.
