At Santana's we believe in giving a one-on-one experience in choosing a product, so we offer exclusive consultations by appointment!   We offer after-hours appointments for those with busy schedules. Same personalized service.  Included In Your Consultation We’re committed to creating a personalized, one-on-one experience to help guide you toward the best hair solution for your needs.  Personalized product education and demonstration based on your interests Curated guidance and recommendations tailored to your hair goals Printed care and maintenance guide for your selected product category Application and styling tips Education on the different product options available to help you make an informed decision Consultation Guidelines Consultation fee: $50 per appointment. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable and does not apply as store credit. Experience up to 3-5 product demonstrations and/or selective try-ons within your selected category. To maintain a comfortable and private experience for all guests, photos, videos, and video calls are not permitted. One guest may accompany you (must be 18+). Consultations are educational and product-focused; styling, cutting, installation, and application services are not included during or after the consultation. We do not provide head measurements for sizing; however, we are happy to help guide you through fit options. Each appointment is dedicated to one product category to ensure a focused experience (for example, wigs and toppers cannot be tried during the same consultation). Consultation time: 30 minutes We reserve the right to refuse service as we deem necessary.
