You can wear it with the ties facing forward or back, with or without something underneath! Leather is a unique material, that's why each vest can be subtly different from the other, and that's the beauty of this material. How to care for leather? Try not to get it wet (or with rainwater). If it gets wet, just wipe it with a dry cloth to absorb the excess and let it dry at room temperature (never in the sun or with a dryer). In the event of any grease/oil stain, also wipe it with a dry cloth to absorb (without rubbing).
