Bonide Neem Oil (1 quart)

Neem Oil, derived from a tree native to the Indian subcontinent, excels at handling various biological challenges in the garden: it has antifungal properties and is also effective at killing and repelling insects at various stages in their life cycles. One of its key uses as a dormant oil spray on fruit trees, where pests with perennial life cycles are suppressed before they emerge in the spring. Neem Oil is approved for use in organic growing (though, as with all additives and amendments, it needs to be cleared with a certifier prior to use.) While Neem Oil is broad-spectrum and can impact a wide range of insects, it is less powerful than Pyrethrin and is better suited for treating active infestations of smaller insects and for preventing known challenges from larger or more intense infestations. It does not negatively impact bees and other pollinators. Useful for mites, thrips, aphids, and worms and caterpillars of various sorts. 32 fluid ounces. Comes in a ready-to-use spray bottle. This amount is useful for preventative spraying one to two rows of crops 3-4 times in a small garden.
