BONE-IN TURKEY THIGHS- Whether you are looking for extra dark meat to feed your holiday guests or planning a special dish that calls for slow-cooked braised turkey meat, our thighs are just the thing!  Pro tip- Our thighs are great in a slow cooker for pulled turkey meat to season for tacos, soups, or casseroles. Each package contains 1 bone-in turkey thigh.  Weights and Sizes are as follows:  • Medium up to 1.2 lbs  • Large up to 2 lbs  **For special requests for special cutting instructions can be made with the farm directly. All "turkey by the piece" orders are secured by a $25 non-refundable deposit. Orders canceled within 10 days of Thanksgiving will be charged in full.
