Bone Broth Kit

Our Bone Broth Kits gives you the tools you need to make a deliciously healing and immune boosting elixir and also empowers you to reduce food waste with a nose-to-tail approach. For the best results, select a variety of bones as well as joints, knuckles and feet. Cooking low and slow and with an acidic ingredient like our FIRE CIDER will enhance nutrient extraction and add more healing properties and flavor. Much like stock, it can be used as a base for soups, stews or sipped on as a nourishing and nutrient dense snack or meal.  It will require a minimum of 24 hours to make. We recommend using a crockpot, rather than on the stovetop, due to the length of time needed to extract all the medicinal minerals from the bones.    Why we love Bone Broth.  Bone broths are high in protein, help boost the immune system, help with gut issues, asthma, arthritis and allergies. This not only prevents the bones from being thrown away but also creates a nutritious and flavorful elixir that can be used in various recipes. Nose-to-tail cooking is a philosophy of using every edible part of the animal in some way and not letting anything useful go to waste. This can also be applied to produce and grains.
