BON Acupressure Mat - Black

ABOUT BON ACUPRESSURE MAT ↡ Bed of Nails® is the original acupressure mat brand that started the global acupressure mat movement. Unlike most acupressure mats, Bed of Nails uses more spikes per mat to distribute body weight more evenly across the surface. This spreads pressure across many contact points, creating a more balanced and comfortable acupressure experience while stimulating many points at the same time. Each spike plate contains 42 non‑toxic, recyclable spikes. 8,820 spikes designed to distribute body weight evenly across the body. WHAT HAPPENS AND HOW IT FEELS ↡ Initial contact creates a stimulating prickly sensation. After a short time many users feel warmth and tingling as the body relaxes into the pressure. HOW TO USE BON ACUPRESSURE MAT ↡ Place on a bed, yoga mat, or soft surface and lie down slowly for 10–20 minutes. BON ACUPRESSURE MAT SPECS ↡ 8,820 spikes, 210 plates with 42 spikes each, recyclable HIPS plastic, cotton cover. Dimensions: 28.5 x 16.5 x 1" (74 x 41 x 2 cm)
