BON ECO Mat

ABOUT BON ACUPRESSURE MAT ↡ Bed of Nails® is the original acupressure mat brand that started the global acupressure mat movement. Unlike most acupressure mats, Bed of Nails uses more spikes per mat to distribute body weight more evenly across the surface. This spreads pressure across many contact points, creating a more balanced and comfortable acupressure experience while stimulating many points at the same time. Each spike plate contains 42 non‑toxic, recyclable spikes. Natural material version of the original mat with organic linen and coconut fiber. WHAT HAPPENS AND HOW IT FEELS ↡ Initial contact creates a stimulating prickly sensation. After a short time many users feel warmth and tingling as the body relaxes into the pressure. HOW TO USE BON ACUPRESSURE MAT ↡ Lie down slowly on the mat placed on a bed or yoga mat. BON ACUPRESSURE MAT SPECS ↡ 8,820 spikes, organic linen cover, coconut fiber filling. Dimensions: Mat: 28.5 x 16.5 x 1" (74 x 41 x 2 cm)
