Bold Stacked Circles Earrings (Wave)

Watch the way a wave curls just before it breaks — not the crash, but the moment right before, when the water holds its shape in a perfect, trembling arc. There is geometry hidden inside every wave. Circles stacked on circles, each one borrowing momentum from the last, building toward something that looks effortless but is anything but. In Guadalajara, Mexico, the artisans at Mosaico Jewels work in a tradition that understands this kind of structured beauty. Each tiny crystal is hand-set into a mosaic pattern — not printed, not cast, but placed individually, the way a muralist places tesserae into wet plaster. The technique descends from centuries of Mexican decorative arts, where bold color and precise geometry have always coexisted, where pattern is never merely ornamental but carries the full weight of craft and intention. The result is something that reads as fluid from a distance but reveals its complexity up close: concentric circles of cool, shifting crystal that catch and scatter light the way the surface of moving water does. Sterling silver frames each circle and connects them in a vertical stack, giving the design both structure and a subtle, satisfying sway. At 1¾ inches from the top of the ear wire, they have real presence — the kind that draws a second look across a table. Each earring weighs 5 grams, substantial enough to feel intentional without pulling. The ear wires are hypoallergenic, and the sterling silver ensures longevity that holds up to daily wear. These are bold without being loud. Architectural without being rigid. The wave is in the way they move. Handcrafted by Mosaico Jewels.
