Multi-Use Lubricant – Solid 14.5 oz (70200-00)

Boelube machining lubricant is a dermal non-irritant, biodegradable synthetic lubricant for minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) application. Easy to use, powerful and effective. Swap out your petroleum-based lubricant for our multi-purpose solid. The advanced solid formula is easy to apply and fights friction at the interface of the cutting edge and the workpiece. The reduction of friction at these surfaces minimizes heat generation and concurrent chip weld. Tools retain their cutting edge longer, leading to closer tolerances and prime chip yield. Boelube is manufactured from personal care ingredients: ✅  Biodegradable  ✅Dermal non-irritant ✅ Nonflammable Boelube Multi-Use Lubricant - Solid is recommended for use with: Machining Aluminum Titanium Inconel Stainless Steel Carbon Fiber Composites (CFRP) Honeycomb Kevlar Ferrous and Non-Ferrous materials. Easily apply the spray evenly over the entire workpiece (with both sides being lubricated on larger parts) for: ✅ Outstanding Performance when it comes to reducing friction between the chip, tool, and workpiece, and prevent chips from adhering to the tool cutting edge ✅ 100% Active Product helps to move chips from the tool cutting edge that forms a thin film at the point of contact to reduce friction ✅ Unique Chemistry for superior metalworking lubrication. ✅ Superior Lubrication for outstanding performance ✅ Long Shelf Life thanks to its high oxidative stability. ✅ Flexible usage such as shallow drilling, reaming  FEATURES Single Point Work Such As Drilling And Reaming
