Body Talk

Can you imagine how much free time you'd have if you didn't spend so much of it BODY SHAMING yourself? Body acceptance advocate, entrepreneur, and founder of Megababe beauty, Katie Sturino, knows all too well what it's like to shit talk yourself. She wasted the first thirty years of her life feeling ashamed of her body, its bigness, and its self-determined wrongness (like her ability to grow a thicker mustache than all the boys in her eighth-grade class). Now as a body acceptance advocate, she has dedicated her life to unlearning all that crap and passing along the message that changed her life... Your body is NOT the problem. Body Talk is here to help you stop obsessing about your body issues, figure out what you want to do with your newfound brain space, and move on with your damn day.
