Inner/Outer Thigh Attachment G9S with GIOT9 Footprint: 90”L x 133”W x 84”H Add an extra station for toning up those thighs and glutes. Ideal for both men and women looking to go beyond the typical home gym workouts the Body Solid GIOT9 Inner Outer Thigh Attachment adds even more lower body workouts for those who want em'.  Aluminum Pulley Upgrade For those who enjoy the finer things in life, despite paying more paper dollars, the Body Solid GAP9 Aluminum Pulley Set (also available for the inner out thigh attachment) is made to add a sharper, flashier experience, plus they make your cable movements buttery smooth. All but 2-3 pre-installed pulleys are substituted when you add this accessory.  50 Lb Weight Stack Upgrade Already buff? A popular addition to this gym is a simple Body Solid SP50 50lb weight stack upgrade kit. It changes nothing but the max amount of weight you can exercise with at each of the stations. When in doubt, add it to your order so you don't have to later as you make gains and lift more weight! Important Note: You must choose between the VKR attachment and the Inner Outer Thigh attachment as they go in the same place.  We recommend, budget permitting, going with the inner outer thigh machine since a VKR station is cheaper to add separately.  Body Solid G9S Dimensions and Footprint: Dimensions: 90"L x 73"W x 84"H Suggested Area for Usage: 11' 10" x 9' 6" x 7' Assembled Weight: 964lb Ships in 7 boxes on a pallet Heaviest box is 110 lbs Body Solid G9S Warranty Information Body-Solid Lifetime In Home Warranty- For Residential Settings LIFETIME: Frame & Welds LIFETIME: Pulleys, Bushings, Bearings, Hardware, Plates, Guide Rods LIFETIME: Cables, Upholstery, Grips (Normal Wear) Body-Solid Light Commercial Warranty - For Light Commercial Settings LIFETIME: Frame & Welds 3 YEARS: Pulleys, Bushings, Bearings, Hardware, Plates, Guide Rods 1 YEAR: Cables, Upholstery, Grips (Normal Wear) Body Solid G9S/G9U Assembly Manual & Exercise Poster Body-Solid G9S Multi-Stack Home Gym System Assembly Manual Body-Solid G9S Weight Exercise Poster PDF
