Okay, not a true Bratwurst, however it is a lenten breakfast pork sausage that you can eat anytime. Primarily made around lent, our seasoned pork sausage has parsley, onion, and eggs added to it to give it old world flavor! Also don't be fooled the sausages may stay a little pink in the middle if grilled.
