BMW M3 High Performance Radiator

CSF Race-Spec Triple-Pass All-Aluminum Radiator (CSF Part #7059) Maximized Cooling for E9X M3 Performance Builds The CarBahn High-Performance Radiator, based on CSF’s race-proven triple-pass architecture, delivers a substantial cooling upgrade for the E9X M3 platform. Designed to outperform the factory’s single-pass radiator, this unit features a high-efficiency dual-core setup that improves cooling system efficiency by up to 20%—a critical enhancement for both spirited street use and high-demand track environments. Key Performance Features: Triple-Pass Flow Structure – Coolant is routed across the core three times, dramatically reducing outlet temps and stabilizing coolant temperatures under heavy load. 42mm Dual-Core Configuration – CSF’s high-capacity B-Tube design increases system volume and improves thermal transfer. Ultra-Efficient Fin Design – Multi-louvered fins with 6.5mm fin height optimize surface area contact for maximum heat dissipation. 100% TIG-Welded All-Aluminum Construction – Eliminates the OEM’s plastic end tanks, reducing failure points and increasing long-term durability. Direct Fit with OEM Integration – Retains factory mounting points, AC condenser compatibility, and uses CNC-machined quick-connect fittings for seamless installation. Fully Compatible with OEM Fan Shroud & Hoses – No modifications required; supports a clean and efficient install with factory components. Why It Matters The factory radiator on the E9X M3 was never designed with modern-day performance expectations in mind. Track use, power upgrades, and aggressive driving all reveal the limitations of the stock single-pass unit. Cracked end tanks, restricted flow, and overheated coolant can compromise reliability and performance. Upgrading to this high-capacity triple-pass unit gives your S65 engine the thermal stability it needs to thrive under pressure. Radiator Failure Symptoms Overheating, especially in extended or spirited driving Coolant leaks or fluid pooling under the vehicle Cracked plastic end tanks Bent or debris-clogged fins reducing airflow and cooling efficiency CarBahn Recommendation To fully optimize your cooling system, we strongly recommend replacing the upper and lower radiator hoses during installation. Aging hoses can collapse under pressure or develop leaks that reduce system effectiveness, even with a brand-new high-performance radiator in place.
