BMW E46 M3 Triple Pass Racing Radiator

CSF High-Capacity 3-Row All-Aluminum Radiator (CSF Part #7058) Maximum Cooling Performance. Built for Heavy-Duty Demands. Designed for enthusiasts who demand more from their cooling system, the CarBahn High-Capacity Radiator with CSF’s 3-row aluminum core offers significant thermal efficiency and durability upgrades over stock. Whether you're enduring long stints on track or managing elevated temps from high-output street builds, this radiator delivers consistent, reliable cooling when it matters most. Key Performance Features: 3-Row High-Density Core – Substantially increases coolant volume and heat dissipation to control temperatures in high-demand environments. All-Aluminum TIG-Welded Construction – Eliminates plastic end tank failures common in OEM units and improves long-term structural integrity. Enhanced Cooling Fin Design – Optimized fin layout promotes maximum airflow and thermal transfer. Precision CNC-Machined Fittings – Ensures OE-level fitment and easy integration into the factory cooling system. Why Upgrade? As mileage and heat cycles accumulate, stock radiators are prone to cracked end tanks, bent or clogged fins, and internal flow restrictions—all of which can lead to chronic overheating and compromised engine reliability. A high-capacity aluminum radiator is one of the most effective preventative upgrades for performance vehicles. Common Radiator Failure Symptoms Engine Overheating Coolant Leaks or Puddling Cracked or Failing End Tanks Clogged/Bent Cooling Fins reducing airflow and thermal efficiency CarBahn Recommendation During radiator replacement, we highly recommend inspecting—and if necessary, replacing—the upper and lower radiator hoses. Aging hoses can collapse, split, or leak under pressure, jeopardizing even the most capable cooling upgrades.
