BMW Custom Wire Harness

Custom BMW wiring harnesses, extensions, and adapter cables built for your application. Need more length, a different connector, or a clean way to adapt an existing circuit? Send me your requirements and I will work with you to build the right harness. Please contact me before ordering. This listing is priced at $100. We will confirm your connector types, wiring requirements, build scope, and lead time before purchase. The photos show example builds, not a universal harness or a package containing every pictured cable. Connector & Harness Options BMW-style 2.5 mm circular pins and matching connector housings 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-pin Bosch-style connectors, including extension and adapter configurations Custom lengths, male-to-female extensions, and connector-to-connector adapter cables Other connector housings by request: send photos or part numbers, and I will do my best to source the correct components Built with Care I use high-quality automotive wire, properly crimped terminals with tooling matched to the terminal style, and waterproof heat-shrink protection at applicable terminations. Connector boots and strain relief are used where appropriate for the build. Wire size, routing, and protection are selected around the requirements we agree on for your application. Heat shrink protects the covered connection; it does not make every connector or the complete harness submersible. Please mention any unusual heat, moisture, or routing requirements when you reach out. BMW Applications Custom work is available for E30, E36, E46, E9X, and other BMW chassis and generations, subject to connector availability and application review. Sensor adapters, ICV extensions, and other wiring projects can be discussed individually. Fitment and pin assignments must be confirmed for the specific vehicle, engine, ECU, and connectors. Example Builds Example: S14 ICV Harness Extension A 30 cm, three-pin idle control valve harness extension with a male connector at one end and a female connector at the other, built to connect between the matching S14 engine harness and ICV. Both white-background S14 photos in the gallery show this example build. Example: M20/M30 to M50 Throttle Position Sensor Adapter Cable A TPS adapter harness for compatible MegaSquirt and standalone ECU conversions, using the photo from our existing TPS adapter harness listing. Connector fitment and ECU pin assignments must be verified for the installation; it is not a universal pinout converter. Need that specific cable? See the M20/M30 to M50 TPS Adapter Harness. The physical TPS mounting adapter is also available separately. Request Your Custom Harness Send your BMW chassis, engine, intended application, connector photos or part numbers, required length, and any known wiring or pinout details. Include your ECU information for sensor-conversion work and describe the planned routing. Reach out at info@falkmfg.com to discuss your application before ordering.
