CarBahn High-Capacity 2-Row All-Aluminum Radiator (CSF Part #7046) Upgraded Cooling Performance for Demanding Driving Conditions The CarBahn High-Performance Radiator, built on CSF’s proven aluminum 2-row core platform, is engineered to deliver superior cooling efficiency and long-term reliability over factory components. Designed for drivers who demand more from their cooling system, this upgrade is ideal for high-performance street builds, track cars, and vehicles operating in extreme climates. Key Features: High-Capacity 2-Row Core – Increased surface area and coolant volume promote rapid heat dissipation, keeping temperatures stable under load. All-Aluminum TIG-Welded Construction – Fully welded aluminum end tanks eliminate the cracking and failure common in OEM plastic units. Optimized Fin Design – Enhances airflow and thermal transfer through the core for efficient cooling performance. Direct OEM Replacement – Designed for a seamless bolt-in install with factory mounting points and connections. Built for Reliability – Withstands the pressure and stress of high-performance driving, heat cycling, and aging far better than stock radiators. Why Upgrade? OEM radiators degrade over time—end tanks crack, fins bend or clog with debris, and internal passages can become restricted. These failures lead to elevated engine temperatures, reduced performance, and potential long-term damage. Upgrading to a performance radiator is a smart investment in engine longevity and reliability. Signs of Radiator Failure Overheating or fluctuating coolant temps Coolant leaks near the radiator or under the vehicle Visible cracks or aging plastic end tanks Damaged or clogged fins reducing airflow and heat rejection CarBahn Recommendation We recommend replacing both the upper and lower radiator hoses during installation to ensure full system integrity. Aging hoses can collapse, crack, or leak under pressure, undermining even the most capable cooling system components.
