We make our preserves in small batches to ensure the taste and texture is just right. By cooking small batches, we create preserves that can be eaten straight out of the jar, heated and poured over ice cream, waffles, or pancakes. For easy home-made baked goods, add the preserves to the batter of your favorite recipe just prior to baking, for fresh home made blueberry muffins or scones, blueberry cake, or blueberry biscuits.
