Blue Matcha Sample

The scent The artist This is a 2 ml spray sample. Find the full bottle here.  Matcha tea in a fragrance? Blue, not green? Clean but not loud like other Montale headliners? What, by golly, is this about? Blue Matcha is a breath of fresh air from Montale. No oud, no rose, nothing bold, big or in your face. And that is why we love it. It sits perfectly as a unisex scent that only tilts slightly masculine in the drydown. With extreme versatility, it can be worn in almost any occasion. Time on the skin allows more of the typical Montale features to come out like leather, tobacco and mate, but the overall lightness is an unexpected (and loveable) twist of fate.     Notes include blue matcha tea, mandarin, lemon, bergamot, blackcurrant, virginian cedarwood, black leather, tobacco leaves, african maté absolute, amber, musks and patchouli.   Montale is the creation of Pierre Montale, who worked as an official perfumer for the Saudi royal family before returning to Paris to introduce Western perfume lovers to the rich world of Middle Eastern perfumery ingredients.
