Blue Ginger [Dichorisandra thyrsiflora]

Product Description Aloha! I’m Blue Ginger — a tropical beauty from Brazil with deep green leaves and striking sapphire-blue blooms. I’m not a true ginger, but I bring the same lush vibes and thrive in similar warm, humid climates. I’ve settled beautifully into Hawaiian landscapes and homes, where my vibrant flower spikes add color and charm. With my tall, arching stems and glossy foliage, I make a graceful presence in any indoor corner or outdoor garden. When I bloom — usually in summer — I put on a show with vertical clusters of electric blue flowers that draw bees, butterflies, and plenty of compliments. I’m resilient, adaptable, and a great choice for beginner and seasoned growers alike. Just give me a bright spot with filtered light and a bit of moisture, and I’ll grow happily for you!
