BLUE DIAMOND SEVERE DUTY SKID STEER POWER RAKE, MANUAL ANGLE

BLUE DIAMOND SEVERE DUTY SKID STEER POWER RAKE, MANUAL ANGLE Features weighing significantly more than typical units and delivering ~40% more torque for demanding soil conditioning tasks. built with a 4" x 4" square tube for exceptional rigidity in tough job sites. : available in 72", 84", and 96" working widths. Choose between replaceable teeth or fixed teeth configurations depending on maintenance needs and budget. Weights range from approximately 1,085 to 1,185 lbs depending on model and tooth configuration. : operates with 18–26 GPM flow and up to 4000 PSI. A case drain is required for systems over 3,000 PSI; a case drain line can be added on request for machines over 25 GPM. for easier maintenance and longer service life (teeth hardness rated at HRC 50). : 1.5" motor shaft with high‑pressure seals, 1.5" spindles on castors with spacers, and robust airless tires to prevent flats. : 5-position, up to 20° angle, operable manually or hydraulically for precise soil conditioning across varied surfaces. : 4" x 4" frame, double struts on castors, and optional bolt‑on skid shoes that increase load capacity by about 30% compared to side plates alone. : 6¾" drum diameter (10¾" with teeth); replaceable teeth offer consistent cutting action with aggressive 2" teeth for a fresh seed bed in fewer passes. : universal/Bobcat mounting, hydraulic angle units, angle kit, universal control harness hoses and fittings included. Case drain line available on request for higher flow machines. : typical fulfillment in 3–5 days. Benefits The BLUE DIAMOND Power Rake is designed to tame hard-packed soils and create ideal seed beds with fewer passes. The 6000 series motor delivers substantial torque, allowing you to power through challenging conditions that slow down standard rakes. By keeping the motor out of the working width, this attachment maximizes usable space in tight skid steer setups, improving maneuverability on crowded jobsites. Replaceable teeth reduce maintenance downtime and extend service life, while the hard-wearing tooth material (HRC 50) handles repeated use in harsh soils. The aggressive 2" teeth condition the soil effectively, producing a looser, ready-to-seed bed that accelerates germination and rooting. Airless tires and a robust 1.5" spindle/shaft system mean fewer flats and less frequent part replacements in rough terrain. Angle flexibility (manual or hydraulic) lets you tailor the rake to your landscape: tilt for gentle soil mixing on finished areas or aggressive angle for rapid bed preparation. Optional bolt-on skid shoes further boost load capacity, enabling bigger jobs without sacrificing control. The unit's comprehensive mounting and harness kit simplifies installation on universal/Bobcat machines and keeps setup time to a minimum. This attachment is ideal for rental fleets, commercial landscapers, municipalities, and larger construction crews who need dependable, high‑throughput soil conditioning. Compared to standard rakes, it offers higher torque, greater durability, easier maintenance, and broader width options, translating to more productive days and clearer seed-bed results. Use Cases & Tips Large turf restoration projects, athletic field renovations, and road shoulder rehabilitation where soil is compacted and seed beds must be established quickly. Applications on tough soils or rocky subgrades where reliability and reduced maintenance time matter most. Pair with 18–26 GPM hydraulic systems to stay within optimal flow ranges and avoid overheating or stall conditions. Choose replaceable teeth for longevity in high-wear environments; upgrade to bolt-on skid shoes to maximize load handling on heavy soils. For best results, set the angle to match soil conditions and target depth, then adjust as you move across the site to maintain a consistent seed-bed profile.
