The blouse is made using 100% Cotton fabric. Cotton is soft to touch, does not harm your skin in any way & can be worn outdoors without worrying about the heat. The beautiful, ruffled stand-up collar gives the blouse a Victorian look. The collar is just high-enough to cover the neck but will not irritate/tickle. The front of the blouse has a ruffle starting from neck, going all the way down to the waist. Also, the cuffs are adorned with similar ruffles to complete the Victorian look.
