2 – 4 PM Taught by Emily Choi In this workshop, artist Emily Choi will guide you in creating unique gift tags with hand carved custom stamps. You will explore the fundamentals of block printing including how to transfer an image onto a linoleum block, the importance of positive and negative space, and ways to create depth and texture through carving techniques. You will then carve your design and stamp them onto gift tags using ink pads. All supplies are included, and you will leave with a set of two custom stamps and 12 gift tags.
