Serves 3-6 people depending on portion size and presentation style. Large: Includes 1kg Golden Ossetra Caviar, (2) 8oz Vermont Créme Fraîche, and (2) 16ct French Blinis. Serves 25-50 people depending on portion size and presentation style. Caviar Shelf Life: 5-6 weeks unopened, 1-2 days after opening. Must keep product refrigerated and served over ice. Holiday Shipping: Overnight priority shipping for all orders with tracking. Must be refrigerated upon arrival. Orders placed before 12 PM ET ship overnight to arrive the following day (Tues-Thurs arrival). No shipments are made Thurs-Sun.
