Back in the Boline Apothecary days, this formula used to be called "Insomnia and Stress", and it was wildly popular. So many customers contact us just to thank us for a good night's sleep after getting this formula. This tincture works on the "Just can't fall asleep" variety of insomnia as well as the "Ping! It's the middle of the night, I just woke up and can't get back to sleep" variety. This one-two punch will help you relieve anxiety, get to sleep (even after taking in too much caffeine!) and relieve stress. We always say, "a full dose to sleep, a half dose to cope". It is not habit forming and won't make you fee "weird" the next morning the way other insomnia drugs can. If you took Valerian (powder) capsules in the past, we urge you to try it in tincture form. Powder capsules are not very potent- but this is!
