BLEACHED STIMULATORS

Bleached Stimulators — Olive, Peacock, Royal & Yellow Think of this fly as the social butterfly of the river: flashy enough to get noticed, subtle enough to fool picky trout. The Bleached Stimulators are the classic, all-purpose dry fly that looks like a million bugs and catches fish like it’s their job. AXG Life — Life, Adventure-Ready and slightly sarcastic about your fly-tying skills. Who it’s for: Anglers who want a versatile, reliable dry fly for everything from caddis imitation to full-on stonefly chaos. Perfect for weekend warriors, river snobs, and anyone who values actual performance over flashy packaging. Key Features & Design Colors: Olive, Peacock, Royal, and Yellow — pick your mood, or bring all four and stop debating. Pattern: Standard Stimulator — one of the most popular fly patterns worldwide. Materials: Elk wing with rooster hackles for buoyant, realistic float and movement. Sizes: Available in smaller sizes that mimic caddis flies and larger sizes that pass for stone or salmon flies. Performance & Benefits These Stimulators do the heavy lifting so you can tell better fishing stories. The elk wing creates a natural silhouette and the rooster hackles keep the fly riding high on the water — ideal for sight fishing and picky takes. Small sizes trick selective trout into thinking they’ve found a caddis; bump up the size and you’re fooling fish that expect a chunkier meal like stone or salmon flies. Use them for dry-dropper rigs, Euro-style presentations, or chucking into riffles and pretending you meant to. They’re built for midnight trail runs and questionable decisions — meaning they’ll still perform after you decide to fish one more hole “just because.” Why it matters Reliable flotation, realistic profile, and a color range that covers most hatch moods. These aren’t decorations — they’re tools that turn stuck weekends into hero stories. Durable enough for repeated casts, subtle enough to trigger strikes from educated trout. Ready to pack: Toss a few Bleached Stimulators in your vest and you’re set for a full day of river improvisation. AXG Life — Life, Adventure-Ready.
