Blaze Pizza Stone with steel frame

The Blaze Pizza Stone adds wood-fired style baking capability to compatible Blaze gas grills, making it easy to prepare pizza, flatbreads, baked appetizers, and desserts directly on your outdoor cooking setup. Designed for high-heat grilling environments, the pizza stone combines a durable refractory stone with a heavy-duty stainless steel support tray to promote even heat distribution and crisp crust development during cooking. The high-fired refractory stone is engineered to absorb and retain heat while drawing moisture away from dough for improved crust texture and more even baking results. A commercial-grade 304 stainless steel tray elevates the stone above the cooking grates to allow airflow beneath the surface for balanced heating throughout the cook. The stone’s thermal shock-resistant construction is designed to handle rapid temperature changes common in outdoor grilling applications. Compatible with Blaze Traditional, LTE, LTE+, Prelude LBM, and select Blaze grill models, this pizza stone offers an easy way to expand the versatility of your gas grill beyond traditional grilling. Its removable design allows for flexible setup and convenient storage between cooks.
