Blauer 4660 SOFTSHELL FLEECE JACKET

Lightweight fleece-lined design provides superior warmth and wind resistance to most fleeces Water resistant finish repels rain and snow Zips in as a liner for Blauer System Outerwear Shell Jackets  This is the police jacket that you’ve been waiting for! For many years, most departments would not allow fleece jackets to be worn as an outer layer on duty due to their casual, less professional appearance. But ever since we first experienced this warm, comfortable outwear on the ski slopes in the 1990s, we have been determined to find a form that works for police officers and public safety works. The Blauer soft shell fleece jacket is the result of a decade of research and development, putting everything you love about fleece into an impressive and professional design approved by patrolmen, deputies and chiefs alike. Our revolutionary design begins as a medium weight microfleece jacket that provides the perfect amount of warmth for cool days and nights. We then cover it in a softshell made from fade-resistant stretch nylon. Many companies use polyester for the shell, which is prone to picking and pilling over time. But our proprietary material is immune to this decomposition while still providing the freedom of movement you need. And we don’t stop there either – we use our proven water-repellent treatment to protect you from rain or snow and add elastic cuffs, microphone tabs and other features for ultimate functionality when the temperature drops. We offer the softshell police fleece jacket in four colors, so you can get a black, green, dark navy or brown fleece jacket to fit the rest of your uniform. Once you’ve received your order, you can easily add your own emblems, badges and custom insignia to make it true department apparel. This jacket is part of the Blauer Systems Outerwear line, meaning you can wear it on its own or zip it into one of our outer shells as an inner liner. And did we mention that it’s machine washable?
