Blasto - PlayStation

Blasto is a PlayStation third person shooter starring the over-the-top space hero Captain Blasto in a mission across alien worlds. Its cartoon art style, comedic tone, and arcade-style action give it a distinct place in the original PlayStation library. Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Disc play surface is in good condition. Platform: PlayStation disc game. Third person shooting gameplay mixes run-and-gun combat, platforming, and environmental hazards across sci-fi stages. Captain Blasto uses a variety of weapons and gadgets while battling robots, aliens, and larger enemy encounters. The level design leans into fast action and light puzzle elements, with switches, traps, and hidden paths that break up the shooting. The exaggerated humor and superhero parody presentation set it apart from more serious PlayStation action games. Blasto stands out as a quirky first-party era release with a very different tone from most shooters on the system. A memorable oddball title from the early PlayStation lineup.
