Blanton's Smokey SPG

Meet Blanton’s Smokey SPG Dust — a go-to all-purpose BBQ seasoning that elevates the classic Salt, Pepper, and Garlic foundation with a touch of real mesquite smoke. Designed for pitmasters, backyard grillers, and everyday cooks, this rub delivers bold, balanced flavor without overpowering the meat your family loves. Balanced SPG base: A reliable trio that enhances natural meat flavors rather than masking them. Coarse black pepper: Builds a satisfying bark and crust when you sear or smoke. Savory garlic and onion: Adds depth and a mouth-watering aroma from the first bite to the finish. Light mesquite smoke: Provides a gentle, aromatic kiss of smoke that won’t turn bitter or harsh. Versatile application: Works wonders on steaks, brisket, burgers, pork, chicken, vegetables, and potatoes. Easy to use: Dusts on evenly for consistent flavor every time, whether you’re grilling, smoking, or roasting. What makes Blanton’s Smokey SPG Dust stand out is its ability to deliver a full flavor profile without overpowering the meat. The coarse pepper creates bark and texture at the crust, while the garlic and onion layer in savory richness. The restrained mesquite note adds depth and aroma that elevates everything from a quick weeknight dinner to a weekend smoker session. Ideal uses include: Steaks and brisket — for a savory crust with a smoky finish Burgers and beef roasts — for consistent, mouthwatering flavor from the first bite Pork chops and ribs — a balanced seasoning that complements pork’s natural sweetness Chicken and turkey — adds dimension without overpowering poultry’s delicate profile Vegetables and potatoes — brings the same bold aroma to sides and plant-based dishes Standalone seasoning or base layer — use it alone or as a foundation before adding other rubs Usage tips for best results: pat the meat dry, apply a generous dusting, and allow a short rest to let the spice cling and bloom before cooking. For bigger cuts like ribs or brisket, apply as a base layer and finish with a complementary rub or glaze if you like a sweeter crust. This approach ensures a cohesive flavor profile across the entire dish. Blanton’s Smokey SPG Dust is crafted for cooks who want dependable, arena-worthy flavor with every cook. If you’re chasing a seasoning that heightens your grill game without stealing the spotlight from the meat, this dust is your new everyday secret weapon.
