Description Ingredients Contraindications Interaction Cautions Dosage BLADDER MATTERS* BLADDER INTEGRITY SUPPORT FOR URINARY INCONTINENCE* (* As recommended by holistic veterinarians for use under a traditional medical system) BLADDER MATTERS is a premium antioxidant, super food, water soluble and fat soluble super fruit, super food, super vitamin and super mineral nutrient adaptogen, which may help your pet's body with a variety of critical functions, including to potentially help build, tone and strengthen bladder tissue matrix, including connective tissues and the urinary sphincter related to weakened bladder muscles, overactive bladders (OAB) and urinary incontinence (urinary leaking, urinary insufficiency, bladder leakage). May also help address common problems related to a drop in hormone production which affect the tensile strength of bladder muscles, spaying, neutering and genetic issues that lead to loss of bladder muscle control. BLADDER MATTERS may also help reduce excessive bladder sensation which leads to decreased urinary frequency and potentially a reduction in related overactive bladder skin ulcerations and scalded skin caused by urinary leakage.    BLADDER MATTERS  contains a variety of plant actions including antioxidant, astringent, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-microbial, anti-fungal, analgesic (pain relieving), collagen building, anti-spasmodic, anti-abscess, anti-edemic, anti-septic, prostisticidal, anti-Candidal and functions as a plant based hormone regulator, steroid and antibiotic.    BLADDER MATTERS contains antioxidants, Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C, fatty acids, selenium, calcium, leucine, protein, serine, thiamin, valine, mixed carotenoids (including lutein, astaxanthin and zeaxanthin); resveratrol, glucose, potassium, phosphorous, iron, lysophosphatidic acids (LPA), plus the amino acids serine, valine and leucine; phenolic compounds, co-factor enzymes, terpenes alpha-pinene and d-limonene; anthraquinones, proanthocyanins, flavonoid and glycosaminoglycans (GAG's), silica, flavonoids, MSM, and glucoosamine, which have been attributed with stimulating collagen production and up to 30% of cartilage when loss has occurred. BLADDER MATTERS also contains tannins, sesquiterpenes, diterpenes and terpenic acids; beta-sitosterol, glycosides and a number of other novel compoundsand its natural phytochemical content may combine synergistically to help promote balanced micro flora in the digestive tract and urinary bladder, and may work to help prevent urinary tract infections, may help address urinary tract disorders, including infections of the kidneys, bladder and urethra and swelling of the urinary tract. May help reduce painful urination and may help moderate urine that contains excessive uric acid by acting as a drying astringent agent on the tissues.  Did you know that the Endocrine System and urinary bladder are linked? BLADDER MATTERS contains nutritional and phytochemical compounds that may help address acetyl choline deficiency in the brain, which is not only linked to dementia, but has a direct link to decline in bladder cells and the tensile strength and function of bladder tissues. BLADDER MATTERS may help serve as a Central Nervous System tonic, which has a direct role in helping maintain urinary bladder health and urinary bladder tissue integrity.     BLADDER MATTERS also contains antioxidants, sterols, oxidole alkaloids, Prebiotics and Probiotics, digestive enzymes, inulin, fructooligosaccharides (FOS), quinovic acid glycosides, carboxyl alkyl esters, tannins, catechins and procyanidins which may help boost an under performing immune system or soothe an over stimulated immune system as well as help provide a variety of nutritional and natural phytochemical dietary benefits. BLADDER MATTERS plant properties may also work to stimulate collagen production due to its glycosaminoglycans content, which directly affects bone mass, bone strength, cartilage, joints and joint health, muscles, connective tissues, blood vessels and myelin sheath, which may help promote the strength and health of the eyes and teeth, especially the delicate tissues including blood vessels and cells that help feed the macula and retina. The naturally occurring ascorbic acid found in BLADDER MATTERS may help stimulate white blood cell production, which significantly boosts the immune system, and is also a key component in all types of collagen production, which helps repair and develop cells, tissues, and organs. How important is this process?  Collagen production is the primary building material of bones, ligament, tendons and tissues of your pet's bones. Collagen forms the rods that give actual structure and strength to every bone in your pet's body, which is required to sustain and nourish the health and strength of your pet's skeletal structure over its lifetime. Collagen production can become even more important in cases of arthritis, bone loss and joint diseases, such as Intervertebral Disk Disease and Degenerative Joint Disease. In traditional medical systems, the master herbal blend in BLADDER MATTERS has been studied for its strong antioxidant plant and fruit actions, its natural anti-inflammatory, anti-aging and skin-reparative phytochemical content, which may help slow down aging and help promote tissue regeneration. (* As recommended by holistic veterinarians for use under a traditional  medical system) BLADDER MATTERS natural phytochemical content may be instrumental in helping to build all types of collagen, including: Type I: The most common form of collagen, found in the GI tract; may help build bones, help heal wounds and may help maintain skin elasticity. Type II: Related to helping build cartilage found in connective tissues, especially important in cases of age related joint pain and joint decline caused by arthritis. Type III: Related to the tiny fibers that comprise organs, skin, blood vessels and heart tissues; may help provide tensile elasticity to skin and tissues. A deficiency of Type II collages has been attributed with cardiovascular conditions. Type V: Comprises the many tiny fibers of collagen itself, found in hair follicles, cell surfaces and placenta tissues. Type X: Collagen involved in direct formation of bones and articular cartilage and may be important in helping repair synovial joints and damage to bones, including breaks and strains.  BLADDER MATTERS antioxidant and anti-inflammatory plant actions may help reduce inflammation, may help stimulate connective tissues of the bladder, including myelin sheath that protects eye health and Central Nervous System pathways and may help promote protein collagen production throughout the body, including bone, teeth and gums. Normally our dogs and cats would obtain these types of critical tissues from prey they eat in the wild. With most pets eating some form of a commercial or home-cooked diet, BLADDER MATTERS may help supply vital sources of connective tissue and premium nutrition missing in our pet's modern diets that simply cannot be replicated in synthesized foods.  The three naturally occurring carotenoids (lutein, astaxanthin, zeaxanthin) may be used holistically as disease fighting antioxidants, but are viewed as especially important for their role in potentially helping to protect eye health for dogs and cats. Lutein helps to support blue light absorption by the eyes and helps to fight against free radicals and cellular oxidative damage; astaxanthin helps to provide nutritional support for eye health which are commonly lacking in modern diets; zeaxanthin is an antioxidant carotenoid found in your pet's retina, which helps supports critical eye tissues, including the lens and macula. It is used by holistic veterinarians in traditional medical systems to help address cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration in dogs and cats. (* As recommended by holistic veterinarians.) Did you know that vitamin C is your pet's primary water-soluble antioxidant, which may make it an important weapon in your dog's and cat's immune system’s arsenal against bacteria and viruses? While dogs and cats can produce vitamin C, BLADDER MATTERS contains a form that may be active against infection, allergies and irregular cellular activity. While it is generally understood that dogs and cats both create and derive Vitamin C from organ meat they obtain through hunting prey, most domesticated dogs and cats eating a dry kibble diet may not derive proper levels of vitamin c through synthesized minerals added to their diet. Cats must obtain Vitamin A from prey or diet, and it must be a bio-available form, which BLADDER MATTERS may help supply.  Recommended use ALS, Adult, Senior, Puppy, Kitten, for general bladder and urinary tract health and support, for urinary incontinence, urinary insufficiency, overactive bladders, and immune support Ingredients* Gelatin capsules, Contains a proprietary adaptogen blend that includes plants such as Camu Camu and Horsetail.
