Blackwood

Our 9024 Blackwood floor plan is one of our newest home plans. Its two story 3905 square foot floor plan is feature packed with four bedrooms, four and a half baths and two study’s, one that doubles as a fifth bedroom. The open layout makes for easy casual living with oversized great room, dining with corner-less sliding glass doors, and island kitchen featuring a walk in pantry. Adjacent to all this is the home’s study accessed through double doors. The study has a small courtyard it shares with the guest suite. All this opens onto a large veranda with an outdoor kitchen. Just beyond the study entry is a convenient wet bar for entertaining guests. The home’s exterior styling reflects a striking modern ethos. Strong smooth stucco with vertical stone accents are combined with standing seam metal hipped rooflines, accented with a heavy stuccoed fascia line giving boldness.  The home is entered through the grand foyer. Immediately adjacent is the first of two garage spaces. The single garage is perfect for a small car or golf cart. The hallway to the left leads to the second guest suite, powder bath, utility room and the second (two car) garage. Further to the right is a broad stairway that leads to the suites above. The primary suite is accessed via a private foyer and features his and her walk-in closets. Its bath offers his and hers vanities, a freestanding garden tub, and a spacious walk-in shower. Upstairs are two additional guest suites, each with private suite baths. The one being a junior suite with a private covered patio. The other has its own balcony. The upstairs second study has a private cantilevered balcony that overlooks the motor court. It also has access to the second bath allowing it to double as a fifth guest suite. The upstairs also features a viewing balcony and a morning kitchen for your guest’s convenience and use. We are sure you will find our Blackwood house plan stunning. We also have similar plans with distinctly different exteriors including the St. Andrews and Eliza to suit any locale.
