Black Tourmaline Raw Chunks

Raw Black Tourmaline often occurs in long, colorful crystals with striated surfaces. Its deep black coloration results from the presence of iron in its chemical composition. Black Tourmaline is a complex boron silicate mineral, forming in various geological settings, such as granite and metamorphic rocks. Black tourmaline has been used for centuries as a protective stone associated with the Roman god Saturn and Saturn, the planet. This mineral's dark, velvety black appearance mirrors its ability to act as a shield against negative energies and harmful influences, making it a powerful ally for grounding and protection.  Black Tourmaline is closely associated with the root chakra, connecting the wearer to the Earth's energies and instilling a deep sense of stability. Beyond its protective properties, this crystal is believed to foster emotional resilience, helping to release fear and anxiety. Its grounding energy encourages inner strength and a sense of security.
