It's dark, it's bold. It stands up to a lot of cream and sugar. Unlike a lot of dark roasts out there, it's not bitter! What a lot of roasters won't tell you is that they use cheaper beans in their dark roasts because they believe that the average coffee drinker won't be able to tell the nuanced differences once the beans have been roasted that dark.
