Stone Temple Pilots Shangri-La Dee Da LP (Neon Yellow/Orange Splatter Vinyl)

Brand new and sealed. Stone Temple Pilots Shangri-La Dee Da (Neon Yellow/Orange Splatter Vinyl) Shangri-La Dee Da is the fifth studio album by Stone Temple Pilots, released on June 19, 2001. The album marked a shift toward a more experimental and eclectic sound, blending hard rock with elements of psychedelia, pop, and acoustic textures. Unlike their earlier, more riff-driven records, this album explores deeper lyrical themes, including addiction, family, and vulnerability—especially evident in songs like “Hello It’s Late” and “Wonderful.” Despite being less commercially successful than previous albums, Shangri-La Dee Da received critical acclaim for its ambition and emotional depth. It was recorded in a rented Malibu mansion with the idea of filming a documentary (which was ultimately never released), giving the album an intimate and creative atmosphere.
