PCTG is a glycol-modified copolyester and does not contain Polycarbonate.  This advanced copolyester offers a significant upgrade from standard PETG, providing superior strength, chemical resistance, and temperature stability without sacrificing ease of use. Coex 3D's PCTG is engineered to deliver exceptional results. Made in the USA and held to rigorous quality standards, our PCTG Prime filament ensures consistent diameter and ovality, leading to reliable, high-quality prints from start to finish. We use only premium virgin resins to produce a filament you can trust for your most demanding applications. Unparalleled Strength and Durability Step up your printing game with a material designed for resilience. PCTG boasts significantly higher impact strength than its common counterpart, PETG. This makes it the ideal choice for mechanical parts, tools, and any application that requires robust, long-lasting performance. Its superior ductility also means it can withstand bending and stress without fracturing. Superior Chemical and Temperature Resistance Don't let harsh environments compromise your creations. PCTG filament offers excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals, including oils, greases, and solvents. This makes it a valuable material for automotive components, industrial jigs and fixtures, and containers that may come into contact with various substances. Furthermore, with a higher heat deflection temperature than standard PETG—withstanding temperatures up to 76°C (169°F)—your PCTG prints will maintain their integrity in more demanding thermal conditions. Effortless Printing and Exceptional Finish Despite its industrial-grade properties, Coex 3D's PCTG Prime filament is remarkably easy to print with, making it accessible to both professionals and hobbyists. It exhibits low shrinkage and excellent dimensional stability, minimizing the risk of warping and ensuring your prints maintain their intended size and shape. This filament does not require a heated chamber, making it compatible with a wide range of 3D printers. The result is a smooth, high-clarity finish that gives your projects a professional look.
