(Mature Size: 12"T x 17"W) Shiny dark green leaves are held on intense purple petioles. The breeder named this one for the "black light' colored petioles. The leaves are fairly flat with prominent veins. Pale lavender flowers on purple speckled scapes in summer. Why Should I Grow It? You will want to site this hosta where you can enjoy the color of the petioles. I would recommend growing this one in a container that you can set at eye level to show off the purple petioles. (D. Van Eechaute 2015) Small Hosta Cultivar [H. 'Dewed Steel' x H. 'Devon Green'] Color: Dark Green Size: 12 inches tall by 17 inches wide Type: Red Petiole Hosta Product Size: 4.5 Inch Container
