Featuring vocalist Chavo and the core lineup of Greg Ginn, Chuck Dukowski, and Robo, the record captures the band’s explosive early sound with politically charged lyrics and aggressive, fast-paced instrumentation. Standouts like “White Minority” and the iconic title track “Jealous Again” helped set the blueprint for West Coast hardcore punk. With its iconic Raymond Pettibon cover art and furious, no-frills production by Spot and the band, this pressing is essential listening for fans of early American punk rock and collectors of vintage SST Records releases. A crucial piece of punk history, Jealous Again remains as raw, confrontational, and relevant as ever.
