Black Cohosh Root Powder

A little goes a long way! Black Cohosh can alleviate PMS, cramps, hot flashes, menopause symptoms, & irregular periods; not advised for pregnant or breastfeeding women because it stimulates uterine contractions. Additionally, it can treat bronchitis & coughs, anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic, mildly analgesic (painkilling), lowers blood pressure, and can purify blood. In large doses, it can cause headaches, dizziness, irritation, nausea and/or vomiting. Recommended as a small part of a blend under the guidance of herbalist and health professional.
