Cardamom (Black Pods)

Bold, smoky, and unlike its green cousin. These large, aromatic pods bring a robust, smoky, and pungent flavor to broths, braises, and slow-cooked dishes. About four times the size of green cardamom, black cardamom is also valued for its long history as a traditional healing herb. A must-have for deep, savory recipes. Details: Certified organic.
